At Unison Home Care we provide services to older people living in the homes independently. We also provide services to people with dementia, sensory impairment, disabled people and stroke services

Social care

Unison Homecare provides in-home care that is reasonable priced, meets service users’ needs, and is managed by trained, multilingual and competent personnel who recognise and value the client’s happiness as our highest priority. At Unison Homecare, we advocate for culturally competent, high-quality expert services.

Personal care

We prioritise the personal care needs of our service users. Our care staff members have expertise providing personal care assistance to a variety of people. They always respect your dignity and aim to always maintain independency.

Palliative care

Based on person-centred care plan, we treat each of our clients as a person, treat them with respect and dignity, and provide them the freedom to express their needs and preferences regarding the care they receive.
We will all, unfortunately, have to deal with this circumstance involving a loved one at some point, but it helps to keep in mind that dying is a natural part of life. A priceless period of opportunity, a loving period, a period for strengthening bonds, a period for exchanging wisdom, a period for believing and forgiving.

Live in care

With our live-in care service, a Care Professional is carefully chosen to be a companion to your loved one to live in their home and support with daily activities. It’s all down to you and your loved one to decide how many hours of care you require each day. The matched caregiver is available not only as a companion, but as a source of comfort and care

Domestic care

Cleaning your home. Doing the laundry. Essential shopping. If living at home is getting a little too much, regular domestic care can be just the solution and help you be independent at home.
